Semi-private
A course of six-ten lessons for three or more participants. Course tailored specifically towards the interests of the group. Individual hands-on work as well as ensemble driven exercises incorporating the Technique. Pricing varies.

Participants will receive a link to recorded exercises from their session to use at their convenience.
workshops
Alexander-centered group workshops for all levels, specifically shaped for your program or organization. Past workshop topics include: Shakespeare for Actors, Meisner and the Alexander Technique, The Alexander Technique for Playwrights and Non-Fiction Writers, Understanding the Alexander Technique for Visual Artists, Introduction to the Technique for LGBTQQI Youth, and Audition Preparation (undergraduate, graduate, high school, and specialty programs). Approximately 2-4 hours. Pricing varies.
Production coaching
On-site coaching for individuals and/or the ensemble working with text and/or movement, including Consent work and Intimacy, during the rehearsal process. Pricing varies.
